Offer Validity: The "Buy One, Get the Second Item at 50% off" offer (hereinafter referred to as the "Offer") is valid from [1st Feb 2024] to [29th Feb 2024], inclusive.
Eligibility: The Offer is open to all customers employees, affiliates, nationally and internationally.
Product Eligibility: The Offer applies to all items in stock, excluding Mattress.
Discount Application: The 50% discount will be applied to the lower-priced item when two or more eligible items are added to the shopping cart. If the two items have the same price, the discount will be applied to one of the items. The discount will be applied to every second lower priced item in the cart.
Purchase Requirements: To be eligible for the Offer, customers must purchase two items at least in a single transaction. The discount will not apply if the items are purchased separately or in different transactions.
Shipping and Handling: Standard shipping and handling rates apply to all purchases made under this Offer for rural areas in the UAE or for international shipping.
Limitations: The Offer cannot be combined with any other promotions, discounts, or coupons. It is not transferable or redeemable for cash or credit.
Modification or Termination: Rou Lane reserves the right to modify or terminate the Offer at any time without prior notice, due to operational reasons or circumstances beyond its control.
Return Policy: If within 14 days either of the items purchased under the Offer is returned, the discount will be voided. The customer will be refunded the amount paid for the returned item minus the value of the discount applied on that item.
Stock Availability: Items are available while supplies last. Rou Lane does not guarantee the availability of any item during the Offer period.
Acceptance of Terms: Participation in the Offer constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions. Customers are responsible for reviewing these terms and conditions periodically for any changes or updates.
